I studied Gastronomy and Pastry in Mexico for four and a half years and have been immersed in the industry for 15 years. My experience spans hotels, country clubs, restaurants, colleges, bakery shops, and even Michelin-starred establishments.
From the very beginning, I was drawn to the challenges and creativity that pastry brings—where precision meets artistry, and the reward is a beautifully crafted, delicious creation.
My journey, including training in different countries and food services, has broadened my understanding of flavors, techniques, and what truly excites people when it comes to sweets. Whether it’s an elaborate, intricate cake or a simple, comforting brownie, my goal is always the same—to create something exceptional, flavorful, and memorable.
